Do you travel to the bride's home or venue on the wedding morning?
We do. Most brides prefer to be styled at home or at the venue, and we travel across London and the surrounding counties. Travel beyond our usual area is arranged individually, and we confirm the details when you book.
How far in advance should I book bridal hair and makeup?
We suggest booking six to twelve months before the wedding, especially for dates between May and September. Popular Saturdays can fill early, so an enquiry as soon as you have the date is sensible.
How long does the bridal styling take on the day?
A bride's hair and makeup usually takes around two hours. Each additional person receiving hair or makeup needs roughly forty-five minutes. We plan a schedule with you so the morning stays calm and runs to time.
Can you style hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and family too?
Yes. We are happy to look after bridesmaids, mothers and other guests. We ask for a list of names and the styles wanted beforehand, so we bring enough time, products and assistance for everyone.
Do you offer a trial before the wedding day?
We do, and we recommend it. A trial lets us test the style, discuss your dress and any headpiece, and note the products that suit your skin and hair. Trials are held at our studio or at a location we agree together.
What happens if I need to cancel or move my wedding date?
Please tell us as early as you can, in writing. We will do our best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability, and the terms set out in your booking confirmation apply to any cancellation.
